As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as a bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service, and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. Responsibilities

Our Bar Backs play an important role in our daily operations by ensuring our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning the barware, restocking glassware and plateware, replenishing and rotating wines and top-shelf liquor. Additionally, they ensure beer taps are functioning properly and change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!

Qualifications

To be successful in the Bar Back role, you’ll need efficiency, organization, the ability to multitask, and keen observation. You’ll need to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 lbs. Mobility throughout the shift and high endurance are essential.
