The Optimist brings a menu of casual, wood-fired fare to Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, transporting landlocked Tennesseans coast side to experience fresh, sustainably sourced seafood.

The Optimist is looking for experienced Servers to help transport guests back to days by the beach!

The Server will act as an ambassador for The Optimist Nashville, guiding guests through the menu and their meals and providing a one-of-a-kind experience every time. He/she is responsible for serving guests in a courteous and professional manner, proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise. 2+ years’ upscale dining experience is preferred.

Competitive pay - $2.13 to $8.00/hr. + tips - based on experience and ability
