We are seeking an exacting and enthusiastic Executive Sous Chef to join our team!
The Executive Sous Chef oversees daily kitchen operations, including production, private parties, events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. They ensure high standards in menu execution and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. The ideal candidate works calmly under pressure, leads a cohesive team, manages budgets, and monitors labor, scheduling, and overtime to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
