Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Notary Public to work remotely in the U.S. only.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Essential Duties:

1. Complete the notarization of customer documents.
2. Verify the authenticity of important documents remotely.
3. Explain notarization procedures to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Review and verify signers’ identities according to state requirements.
5. Ensure signers understand the documents and are willing to sign.
6. Review documents for completeness and correct certificate wording.
7. Administer acknowledgment and jurat notarial acts.
8. Record notarizations in a digital notary journal as required by law.
9. Certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents.
10. Use an online portal to communicate with clients.
11. Maintain certification as mandated by your state.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience handling confidential customer documents as a Notary Public.
3. Valid Notary Public certification.
4. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
5. Dependability, punctuality, and reliability.
6. Ability to learn internal tools and software.
7. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
8. Ability to resolve standard document issues with minimal assistance.

Job Requirements:
