Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Follow all safety and security procedures mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings
• Ensure rooms are stocked with amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Identify and report items left behind by guests, following hotel lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
