We seek an experienced and motivated Project Manager to help lead client partnerships and drive successful marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you’ll help manage accounts, collaborate with clients, including internal creative teams to deliver innovative solutions, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic guidance. Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing the agency team to achieve goals and enhance overall performance for our accounts / clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing / creative plans that align with market trends and company objectives.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee account management processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Help with creative ideas with the team.
• Acting as a company liaison with our accounts and needs.
• Utilize MONDAY.com for tracking activities, managing client projects, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Coordinating with internal teams such as creative, strategy, and production to deliver the client’s projects.

Requirements
