Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

1. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
2. Confirm appointments with borrowers in advance of closings.
3. Print closing packages.
4. Meet with borrowers at their homes or neutral locations within your coverage area to conduct real estate closings such as Refinance, HELOC, Purchase, Reverse Mortgages, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Notary License required.
• Familiarity with legal documents and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements:

Computer, Internet, and a home office setup.

Payment:

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
