Position Overview

The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and warm demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including administrative duties.
• Understand and work with financial information as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, 401k, and more. Daily Pay option available.
