Senior Vice President Regional Manager - Distributed Retail Sales

Location : Remote Texas

What you'll do :

AmeriHome Mortgage LLC, a Western Alliance Bank Company, is seeking an experienced SVP Regional Manager for Distributed Retail Sales. This role is vital in managing the Retail Lending strategy for AmeriHome. You will develop, implement, and execute a successful sales strategy to grow Distributed Retail residential mortgage loan production nationally.

The position offers the extensive resources of Western Alliance Bank and AmeriHome Mortgage, along with high performance and managerial expectations.

What we are looking for :

  • The SVP will be responsible for achieving AmeriHome's Distributed Retail residential volume, revenue, and KPIs, including productivity, borrower and staff satisfaction, application volume, locked and funded loans, sales headcount, and profitability.
  • Manage and hire teams of Mortgage Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Support staff. Serve as a mentor and coach, ensuring team accountability and personal development.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including setting production targets, forecasting, headcount planning, revenue analysis, P&L management, and business planning.
  • Contribute strategically to customer satisfaction initiatives while fostering a positive corporate culture of “Humble, Hungry and Smart.”
  • Present performance updates to senior executives and company-wide audiences as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and mitigate risks.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director Retail Lending.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years in SFR Sales Leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of SFR loan products and P&L management.
  • Proven ability as a resourceful team player and independent worker.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in various situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific systems like LOS, POS, CRM, etc.
