Caesars Entertainment is hiring The Brew Brothers Steward (Dishwasher) for an evening shift. This full-time position ensures all restaurant china, service wares, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored properly while delivering superior guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting work environment, following health department standards, wearing required uniform, and completing training on time.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, basic math skills, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Cooper County Health Certification Card.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

• Clean and wash all kitchen equipment and tools.
• Wear black, slip-resistant shoes at all times.
• Maintain health department standards including correct dating, rotation, temperatures and quality.
• Complete all required training within designated time frames.
• Store all service ware, pots, and pans neatly and orderly.
• Take out kitchen trash and keep floors swept and clear of debris.
• Safely use kitchen disposal, dish machine, high-pressure washers, and chemicals.

The Brew Brothers Steward (Dishwasher), Full-Time, Evening Shift, $15.50/hr

Position Summary

The Brew Brothers Steward is responsible for ensuring all restaurant china, service wares, and kitchen equipment are clean and stored properly while providing superior service to both internal and external guests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly and fun environment for guests and employees .
• Provides superior guest service, interacts positively with guests and employees, and has the ability to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Report to work in a neat, clean and pressed uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
• Knowledge and demonstration of work place safety procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring all restaurant china is clean and stored properly.
• Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment and tools.
• Must wear black, slip resistant shoes at all times.
• Must be able to maintain health department standards, which includes dates on products, product rotation, proper food temperatures, and overall food quality and appearance.
• Completes all required training within designated time frames.
• Responsible for storing all service ware, pots and pans in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Responsible for taking out all kitchen trash, and keeping floors swept and clear of debris.
• Must be able to safely use kitchen disposal, dish machine, high-pressure washers.
• Must be able to correctly identify and safely use proper chemicals for each area of dish room.
• Ensure all dishes are free of heavy debris prior to placing them in dish machine.
• Act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time.
• Comply with our drug & alcohol-free workplace. Subject to post offer, for cause and post-accident drug tests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, basic math skills and communicate effectively in order to read recipes, training documents, warning labels on equipment and chemicals, and communicate with other employees.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Cooper County Health Certification Card
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
