Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to standards.
Respond to guest needs and provide high-quality service.
Operate micros system and cash register effectively.
Answer questions about menu items, specials, and prices.
Be familiar with preparation methods and ingredients to address dietary/allergy concerns.
Prepare food promptly and operate Turbo Chef per standards. Check IDs and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain cleanliness by disposing of garbage, clearing tables, restocking dishes, and wiping down surfaces.
Assist in sanitation and cleanliness of the Bistro, kitchen, and dishroom.
Complete side work and assist as needed.
Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure a positive Bistro experience.
Provide food and beverage service in social or business settings in a friendly manner.

Education: High school diploma/GED
