Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska. The role is hybrid, with mostly remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with families to achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities include supervision, progress monitoring, and collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, along with thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain licensure is required or desired.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
