Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County seeks an art program specialist to develop and lead inclusive art activities for youth aged 6–18. You will plan classes, lead workshops, and coordinate exhibits within a Boys & Girls Club that serves up to 100 kids daily.
The role emphasizes mentorship, creativity, and a safe environment, with a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri 2:00 pm–7:00 pm) and a starting pay range of $14.65–$16.00 per hour, DOE.

An art program specialist is responsible for developing and implementing art programs for individuals of all ages. They create an inclusive environment where participants can engage in various art forms, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and crafts. The specialist plans and organizes art classes, workshops, and exhibitions, ensuring that they align with the organization's mission and goals. They also collaborate with other staff members to coordinate schedules, recruit and train volunteers, and manage art supplies and facilities. Additionally, the specialist may provide guidance and mentorship to participants, fostering creativity, self-expression, and appreciation for the arts.
Youth Development Professional will work within a Boys & Girls Club that serves up to 100 kids (ages 6‑18) a day and will lead groups of 5‑15 members at a time in a specific program area.
