Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking an accomplished IT leader to own the technology strategy and operations for Thailand. You will partner with country leadership to drive secure, scalable IT services, oversee infrastructure and cybersecurity, and manage budgets and external partners.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in IT governance, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration across regional teams. Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT strategy and operations across Thailand.

• Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, end-user services, and technology operations.
• Drive technology transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Establish strong IT governance, standards, policies, and risk management.
• Lead and develop the local IT organization and technology capabilities.
• Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee IT budgets, investments, and resource planning.
• Work closely with regional and global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance, efficiency, and scalability.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership responsibility
• Experience leading IT within a large, multinational organization
• Strong background across IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology transformation
• Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology environments
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively across both local and regional/global environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous country, regional, or enterprise IT leadership experience
• Experience leading technology transformation in a complex multinational organization
