Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain quality standards.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Thai dishes to specification.
• Collaborate on recipe development and menu planning based on seasonal ingredients and customer volume.
• Present dishes with attractive displays and ensure high quality and sanitary standards.
• Check quality of raw and cooked products and manage stock levels and ordering.
• Train junior kitchen staff in Thai culinary arts and manage production schedules.
