PGLS is seeking a Thai Language Instructor to teach an intensive online course for adult professionals, in the CT timezone. This class starts on July 14, 2025, lasting approximately 800 hours over 8 months.

The class is online, one-on-one, 6 hours per day, starting in the morning.

Requirements

• Educated native or bilingual speaker.
• At least 2 years of classroom experience teaching Thai to adult English-speaking students.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching in small-group settings.
• Must have cultural background of Thailand, preferably raised or educated there.
• Familiarity with the communicative approach, ILR levels, and OPI assessments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with computer platforms like Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, WebEx.
