The Thacher School in Ojai is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Varsity Coach for various sports including Girls Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Boys Soccer, and Girls Soccer. This part-time role involves coaching students ages 14-17 and must demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting equity and belonging.

The Thacher School seeks a qualified and experienced assistant coach for the following sports:
Ideal candidates will possess a passion for coaching and player development, a strong knowledge of the game, as well as the ability to coach students of various skill levels at the same time. Previous experience working with 14–17-year-olds is preferred. The positions report to the Head Coach of each sport.
Importantly, candidates should also present a record of commitment and competency relating to engaging with students and colleagues in a diverse community, advancing the design of culturally responsive curricula, and promoting equity and belonging for all, both in and out of the classroom.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and highly competitive.
