Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of gas/chemical management or semiconductor facilities experience.

• Expertise reading P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficient troubleshooting with multi-meters and analytical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling, chemical compatibility, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours, walk up to 5 miles per shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and start-up of gas cabinets, chemical dispense modules, and bulk delivery systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex hardware and PLC/control system faults.
• Write and update SOPs and safety protocols to ensure site compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the primary technical interface.
• Ensure inventory management and oversee safe transfer of bulk materials and hazardous waste.
• Provide on-the-job training and safety guidance to Level I and II technicians.

The TGCM Technician Level III serves as thetechnical anchor for gas and chemical operations. You are responsible for thecommissioning, start-up, and high-level maintenance of critical deliverysystems. This role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision,manage inventory to prevent production run-outs, and lead emergency responseefforts.

EssentialFunctions

• System Commissioning& Projects: Lead the installation and start-up of new gas cabinets,chemical dispense modules, and bulk delivery systems.
• AdvancedTroubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex hardware and software faults thatlower-tier technicians cannot resolve, including PLC and control system issues.
• SOP Development: Writeand update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensurecompliance with site standards.
• Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primarytechnical interface for the customer.
• Inventory &Logistics: Ensure proper inventory management and oversee the safe transfer ofbulk materials and hazardous waste.
• Mentorship: Provideon-the-job training and safety guidance to Level I and II technicians.

Qualifications

Pay range: $32.00-$39.00

Education: HighSchool Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in atechnical field (e.g., Chemistry, Applied Science) is highly preferred.

TechnicalMastery:

• Expertise inreading complex P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency introubleshooting with multi-meters and specialized analytical equipment.
• Strong knowledgeof hazardous material handling, chemical compatibility, and OSHA regulations.
• PhysicalCapacity: Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours and walk up to 5 milesper shift.

AdvancedCompetencies

• Control Systems - Ability toprogram, test, and tune system databases and control devices.
• Safety Leadership - Lead safety analyses (JHA), incident investigations,and Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Quality Control - Interpret lab data from chemical samples to determineif products meet strict specifications.
