Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a TGCM Site Services Technician III to anchor gas and chemical operations, overseeing commissioning, start-up, and high-level maintenance of critical delivery systems.

You will manage inventory to prevent run-outs, lead emergency response efforts, and coordinate subcontractors while working with minimal supervision. Strong PLC/control system skills and hazardous materials handling are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in gas/chemical management or semiconductor facilities.
  • Experience reading P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation and start-up of gas cabinets and bulk delivery systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex hardware and PLC faults.
  • Write and update SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Oversee inventory management and safe transfer of bulk materials and hazardous waste.
  • Provide on-the-job training and safety guidance to Level I/II technicians.

JobTitle: TGCM Site Services Technician III

JobSummary

The TGCM Technician Level III serves as the technical anchor for gas and chemical operations. You are responsible for the commissioning, start-up, and high-level maintenance of critical deliverysystems. This role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, manage inventory to prevent production run-outs, and lead emergency responseefforts.

EssentialFunctions
  • System Commissioning& Projects: Lead the installation and start-up of new gas cabinets,chemical dispense modules, and bulk delivery systems.
  • AdvancedTroubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex hardware and software faults thatlower-tier technicians cannot resolve, including PLC and control system issues.
  • SOP Development: Writeand update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensurecompliance with site standards.
  • Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primarytechnical interface for the customer.
  • Inventory &Logistics: Ensure proper inventory management and oversee the safe transfer ofbulk materials and hazardous waste.
  • Mentorship: Provideon-the-job training and safety guidance to Level I and II technicians.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimumof 5 years of related experience in gas/chemical management or semiconductorfacilities or equivalent experience/knowledge as determined by management
Education

HighSchool Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in atechnical field (e.g., Chemistry, Applied Science) is highly preferred.

TechnicalMastery:
  • Expertise inreading complex P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency introubleshooting with multi-meters and specialized analytical equipment.
  • Strong knowledgeof hazardous material handling, chemical compatibility, and OSHA regulations.
  • PhysicalCapacity: Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours and walk up to 5 milesper shift.
AdvancedCompetencies
  • Control Systems - Ability toprogram, test, and tune system databases and control devices.
  • Safety Leadership - Lead safety analyses (JHA), incident investigations,and Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
  • Quality Control - Interpret lab data from chemical samples to determineif products meet strict specifications.
WorkExperience
  • Experience: Minimum of 5years of related experience in gas/chemical management or semiconductorfacilities or equivalent experience/knowledge as determined by management -preferred

Pay range: $32.00-39.00hr

  • Shift Work: May requirecompressed work weeks (12-hour shifts) or rotating schedules. Day & NightShift available
  • Environment: Includeswork in both outdoor loading docks and indoor ISO-certified cleanroomenvironments.
