The ideal candidate will have extensive TFS expertise and a proven track record of building TFS systems from scratch, establishing automated build processes, and configuring continuous integration environments. MUST HAVE:

• Extensive expertise specifically focused on TFS (Team Foundation Server)
• Must have built a TFS system from the ground up independently (not just as part of a team, we need someone who was the one person responsible for setting up a new TFS system from scratch, creating/setting up the environment from a machine level, build server, build agent)
• Experience setting up an automated build process in TFS
• Experience with implementing a labeling and branching strategy in TFS
• Must be an TFS expert from a build and build automation perspective
• Experience configuring a TFS continuous integration environment from scratch
• Must be an expert in modifying a build process in TFS
• Excellent communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with integration of HP ALM into TFS
