Position: Tablet Filling Line (TFL) Operator

We’re looking for a Tablet Filling Line (TFL) Operator to join our Primary Production team at Praxis Packaging. If you have experience in machine shops, manufacturing, or working with technical equipment—and like working where precision and process matter—you might be the right fit.

What You'll Actually Do

• Run complex packaging lines - not just monitor them

• Work hands-on with equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced, detail-driven environments (machine operation, manufacturing, CNC, or tool & die experience a plus)
• Comfort using tools, adjusting equipment, and managing workflow
• Ability to read, follow, and complete technical instructions and documentation
• A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure
