Job summary

Woods Services in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Clinical TF-CBT Therapist for an outpatient behavioral health program. You will deliver high-fidelity TF-CBT to children, adolescents, and caregivers, conduct trauma-informed assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide crisis intervention as needed, and ensure accurate documentation.

This non-supervisory role requires license and TF-CBT certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology or related field.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license in psychology or related field in good standing.
• Certificate in TF-CBT preferred or required.
• Two years’ experience with children/adolescents with developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused TF-CBT therapy to children, adolescents, and caregivers.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using TF-CBT protocols.
• Perform trauma-informed assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers to set measurable goals and monitor progress.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and licensure requirements.
• Participate in supervision and TF-CBT consultations.
