Job summary

Maharam, part of MillerKnoll, seeks a Machine Operator to move ordered textiles through the warehouse to shipping from its NY-Yaphank site. You will operate turret trucks or order pickers, pick and stage textile rolls, restock shelves, and assist with loading/unloading trucks. Must lift up to 70 lbs and read/write English fluently.

We offer an hourly wage between $19.00 and $20.00, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for career growth within the MillerKnoll family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate turret truck and/or order picker machines.
• Pick textile rolls from shelves and move to order processing staging area.
• Return unused rolls of textiles back to shelves.
• Stock shelves with newly received textile rolls.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
