Boll & Branch, headquartered in Summit, NJ, seeks a Manager of Sourcing & Production to own end-to-end sourcing and production execution across our ethical, sustainable supply chain.

The role collaborates with QA/Compliance, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Product Development, and Design, with exposure to senior leadership. Requires 5+ years in production/sourcing and strong fabric/manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production and sourcing experience in home textiles.
• Hands-on knowledge of fabric, construction and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems; strong Excel/data tracking.
• Proactive, collaborative communicator who surfaces risks early.
• Highly organized and systems-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in materials, construction, and ethical sustainable standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally to visit factory partners.
• Comfortable using AI tools to strengthen analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own all production milestones from PO issuance through on-time delivery.
• Maintain PO accuracy and data integrity across NetSuite and PLM.
• Analyze production data including on-time delivery, FOB costs, and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor in-season delivery performance and surface disruptions.
• Build partnerships with manufacturing partners across time zones.
• Track factory performance against timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to cost management including FOB and landed costs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product lifecycle.
