Job summary

Goodwill is hiring for a full-time Store Associate in Goshen, IN. The role involves receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donated textiles to support fast-paced retail operations. Pursue consistent 80 PPH by adjusting workflow, with progressive pay levels based on performance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work day shifts in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to sort textiles at a steady pace with quality.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour.
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at shift start and submit at end.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly.
• Dispose of trash and organize racks for stocking efficiency.
