Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Position large beams of yarn onto the creel using a hoist.
• Thread yarn through size pot, drying cylinders, and loom beam.
• Set and adjust machine controls for tension, speed, and temperature per orders.
• Monitor coating, drying, and winding process for quality.
• Inspect yarn for breaks, tangles and defects during processing.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the slasher machine.
• Follow safety standards when handling heavy materials.
