Job summary

Lakeland Fire + Safety is seeking a Sewer to operate industrial and domestic sewing machines, stitching fabric pieces according to patterns and specifications. You will manipulate large textiles, position materials for accurate sewing, and perform repetitive bending and twisting safely throughout the shift.

You will use basic tools such as scissors and calculators, read simple English instructions, and keep a clean, organized workstation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending and twisting.
• Basic English reading skills to understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Capability to use basic tools such as scissors and calculators.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the job site.

Responsibilities
