Responsibilities

• Learn and safely operate assigned production machinery.
• Set up, operate, and perform routine operational procedures on production equipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards as defined by company policies and procedures.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products efficiently and safely.
• Perform regular visual and in-process quality inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet all specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, process, and quality issues and report concerns to Senior Operators or Supervisors.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and downtime documentation.
