Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery; textile manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Good mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make adjustments to equipment based on product quality and process requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor finishing equipment to process textile materials according to production specifications.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor equipment performance throughout production.
• Utilize strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Inspect finished materials for quality, color, defects, dimensions, and overall compliance with specifications.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Monitor production rates and minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production goals.
