Job summary

Polyzen, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector / Finishing Operator for first shift to manufacture and finish textile materials for medical or industrial clients. You will run scouring, heat setting and calendering processes, measure outputs, and document results in the ERP system.

The role requires a high school diploma and 0–1 year of related experience, with opportunities to grow in GMP-compliant, regulated environments. Shift differential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Read and follow Quality Manual and SOPs.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in inspections.
• Proficient in basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture broad fabrics per SOPs and work instructions.
• Set up and operate scouring, heat setting and calendering equipment.
• Record qualitative and quantitative measurements.
• Enter data in ERP to report quantities and time spent on jobs.
• Label and package product per customer specifications.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area.
• Perform and document PMs on finishing/inspection equipment.
• Rework products following WI and specs.
• Complete paperwork and ERP tasks as required.
