Job summary

Goodwill-Industries is seeking a team member to receive, sort, price, tag, and stock donations for a busy Goshen store. The role emphasizes moving donations quickly from drive-thru to the sales floor and maintaining quality standards.

You will follow the daily Textile Production Sheet, transport items, and help maintain clean work areas. Expect flexible retail duties, safety awareness, and frequent interaction with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Adherence to standard retail practices and dress code.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Tactful communication with the public and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour.
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at the beginning of each shift and turn it in upon completion.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly; dispose of trash properly.
• Organize racks for efficient stocking; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
