Job summary

Milliken and Company is seeking a Doffer/Recycler on the Pine Mountain, GA production floor. You will operate doffer and recycler equipment, support the textile manufacturing process, and help maintain machine efficiency and material flow.

Responsibilities include managing doff tickets, schedules, and basic line sanitation, along with routine quality checks and compliance with safety standards. This is a hands-on, full-time role on site in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Experience operating doffer machinery and doffing procedures.
• Ability to perform doff tickets, schedules and audits.
• General maintenance and cleaning tasks in a textile manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate doffer and recycler equipment according to procedures.
• Obtain and manage doff schedules.
• Perform doffer cloth handling and warpout doffs.
• Allocate filling to contract and pin trucks.
• Maintain quality by auditing job status and printing doff tickets.
• Pull Barco reports for loss analysis and perform general cleaning.
