• Collect, sort, and recycle reusable materials, waste fiber, or scrap.
• Monitor work areas for housekeeping and safety concerns; maintain clean spaces.
• Assist operators by ensuring uninterrupted material flow and timely removal of finished product.
• Inspect packages for damage, labeling accuracy, and basic quality issues.
• Follow Milliken safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Accurately complete required production, recycling, or quality documentation.
• Work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required to support plant operations.
