The candidate will verify fabric specs, color family assignments, and end-use applications, ensuring pricing and catalog details are correct before publication. This position is on-site and full-time.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of fabrics, textiles, fibers, fabric construction, and sewing.
• Experience with natural and synthetic fibers; blends, woven and knit fabrics.
• Ability to identify fabric characteristics including hand, drape, stretch, weight.
• Knowledge of fiber identification methods, including burn testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working with spreadsheets and product data.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches with copywriters and ensure online display.
• Create and maintain accurate product titles and specifications.
• Classify fabrics and determine appropriate product descriptions.
• Review data for accuracy and maintain data standards across listings.
• Support Customer Service with fabric properties, sewing applications, and product specs.
• Assist inventory with fabric identification and color discrepancies.
