Allard USA is committed to developing innovative orthotic solutions that improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities. The company offers web-based and virtual continuing education programs, product training, and marketing support to help facilities and medical professionals increase their referrals.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Texas Western Plains Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and relationship building. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts, as well as providing customer support.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years’ field sales experience within the Orthotic/Prosthetic, Rehabilitation/Medical, or Podiatric industry with experience managing a multi-state territory. Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent written and virtual communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Willing and able to travel up to 65% of the time, including occasional weekends due to exhibitions (5-7/year) and educational courses. Qualified candidates must reside in Texas and possess a valid driver's license.
