UPMA Group is seeking a Wax Specialist in Texas to deliver high-quality waxing services for men and women. You will begin as a Hub-let, learning from Regional Wax Trainers and progressing through a structured training path to become a Certified Specialist.

You will educate guests on waxing frequency and product recommendations while maintaining a pristine, compliant wax suite. This position requires an active TX license and a coachable, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required.
• Comfort performing full-body waxing for both women and men.
• Coachable mindset eager to master new techniques through world-class training.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques.
• Start as a Hub-let, learning from Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative classroom environment.
• Educate guests on waxing frequency and recommend EWC products to maintain results at home.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with TDLR safety procedures.
