UPMA Group - European Wax Center in Texas seeks a Wax Specialist to provide high-quality waxing for men and women. You’ll guide guests on product use and waxing frequency, while maintaining a pristine, compliant studio environment.

You must hold a Texas esthetician or cosmetologist license and be ready to grow through our Hub training and leadership paths, with competitive base pay, tips, and uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform full-body waxing for all guests.
• Open to world-class training and ongoing technique mastery.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing services for men and women.
• Educate guests on waxing frequency and products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite per Texas safety standards.
• Display flexibility with shifts, including weekends.
• Participate in Hub training and career growth paths.
