Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 10 sessions per week)

MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We seek skilled, relationship-driven therapists across Virginia who can engage clients virtually, especially those who don't fit traditional molds or face barriers to in-office therapy. • Credentialing with insurance carriers
• Billing (bi-weekly payments regardless of collections)

Job Summary:

Provide therapy via HIPAA-compliant teleplatform in 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time therapists typically see about 30 clients weekly. We also offer part-time positions with at least 7 sessions per week, and are willing to work with you as you build your caseload.
