Job summary

You will manage project delivery, contribute to business planning, and collaborate with sales and leadership to expand TxDOT opportunities. A PE license or eligibility is required, along with 12+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 12+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience managing staff and teams.
• TxDOT experience and pre-certifications.
• Experience leading transportation PS&E projects.
• Familiar with TxDOT design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadway, bridge and drainage team for Texas.
• Manage the delivery of transportation projects.
• Coordinate Transportation Market growth in Texas with the Practice Lead.
• Oversee goal setting, reviews, salary planning and business planning.
• Direct project management on PS&E or schematic efforts.
