Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance experience across multiple functions (BP&A and Financial Reporting).
• Experience in manufacturing or complex business environments.
• Proven people leadership within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site Finance activities and provide strategic financial partnership to the Texas Site Leadership Team.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management with explanations of results against targets.
• Provide financial insights across operating income, personnel costs, direct and indirect spend, inventory, and capital investments.
• Lead financial support for site strategy, capacity expansion, product costing, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Establish strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Build, lead, and develop the site Finance team while fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
