Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Associate for Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy in Texas to support regulatory, legislative, and stakeholder engagement activities. You will help advance Rowan’s Texas data center portfolio by coordinating policy initiatives, advocacy efforts, and project-level engagements with policymakers, regulators, and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, regulatory affairs, legislative affairs, or energy policy.

Responsibilities

• Support Texas regulatory, legislative, and public policy activities to advance development and operations.
• Engage with Texas Legislature, PUCT, ERCOT, local governments, economic development groups, and stakeholders.
• Prepare materials, coordinate follow-ups, and advance Rowan's priorities with officials, regulators, and associations.
• Represent Rowan at conferences, meetings, and external forums as needed.
• Identify policy risks and opportunities and translate them into business actions.
