Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a litigation-focused personal injury attorney in Texas. The role is 100% in-office with openings in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, and relocation assistance is available. You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, working with support staff to move cases forward.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. and experience in PI litigation, strong organizational and communication skills, and are prepared for extensive court appearances.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial.
