Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a driven Business Development Specialist to expand its neuro rehabilitation program across Irving, Anna and Dallas. You will build referrals, drive admissions growth, and shape territory strategy with strong national support.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, a broad Dallas–Fort Worth network, self-motivation, and a proven track record of growth plan execution. Travel 25–75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience preferred (home health, rehab, acute/post-acute).
• Executive-level knowledge of business development and strategic planning.
• Must be self-motivated and able to think out of the box.

Responsibilities

• Performs business development initiatives, including calling on potential new key accounts in the healthcare field.
• Sustains a record of high achievement in business development and renewed business evidenced by quarterly and annual growth of new referrals.
• Speaks directly with new and existing healthcare clients to explain features and benefits of services offered based on the client's needs.
• Develops/implements accounts specific marketing approaches for each referral source; observes market trends and updates as needed.
• Identifies high-dollar accounts and, with leadership, prepares annual sales/marketing plans and updates them monthly.
• Visits potential clients including hospitals, payers, families, and physicians to promote programs and educate consumers.
