Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in the Dallas area is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to own and grow our neuro rehabilitation program across Anna, Irving and Dallas. You will build referral networks with acute and post-acute providers and craft a growth strategy with support from a national team.

The role rewards entrepreneurial thinking, offers an uncapped compensation plan, and a direct impact on patients recovering from neurological injuries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in brand development and 5 years in sales and profit building in a management position.
• Neuro rehabilitation licensed clinicians considered in lieu of brand development and sales experience.
• Experience in Rehab Services, health/home care, human services, pharmacy and/or other medical outside sales preferred.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and customer focus are essential.
• Executive level knowledge of business development and strategic planning.
• Must be self-motivated and able to think out of the box.
• Travel percentage 25-75%
