MDC Precision seeks a Site Leader for the Texas manufacturing facility to drive safe, on-time production and cost-effective operations. You will lead a ~30-person team and work with Finance, Quality, and Engineering to align priorities and performance.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a matrix organization, requiring strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent significant manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, plant, or site leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence within a matrix organization.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Texas manufacturing facility with clear priorities and accountability.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people metrics.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, equipment, and capacity.
• Establish a culture of safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance and Quality to align budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and performance.
