Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Specialized certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, select, and commission equipment for manufacturing facilities.
• Lead efforts to optimize mechanical systems and processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME/ANSI/API/OSHA/NFPA) and DoD-related practices.
• Participate in project management and equipment installation planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)

Certifications in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / Reliability Engineering (preferred)
