The role requires a Juris Doctor, active Texas Bar license, and 2–3 years of litigation experience; candidates should have strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and will draft

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• 2–3+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP).

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 active litigation files.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers.
• Ensure compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
