United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Registered Nurse - Pre-op to deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care following the nursing process and hospital policies. The RN Pre-op will support the medical plan of care for all patient populations in perioperative services.

Experienced in Orthopedics, Spine, ENT, General, Pain, and Podiatry, the role emphasizes teamwork, aseptic technique, and adaptability to changing patient conditions while aligning with USPI's mission and

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state of Texas.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 1 year experience in Preop or ER preferred.
• Must have current BLS. ACLS/PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
• Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
