Job summary

A leading mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Partner & Processor to manage loan files, ensure document completeness, and track pipelines. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in residential mortgages, ideally as a Loan Officer Assistant. This is a remote role requiring proficiency in LOS systems such as Encompass.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent residential mortgage experience, preferably as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Partner.
• Deep understanding of conventional, FHA, and VA loan products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage key milestones of loan files and maintain communication with borrowers.
• Gather and verify borrower documentation for underwriting.
• Track loan pipelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
