RemoteFetch, a nationwide law firm, seeks a Texas-licensed attorney to join its remote team. Handle high-volume caseloads, negotiate with insurers and parties, and engage in ADR or litigation when needed.

Qualifications

• Texas licensed attorney with ability to manage high-volume cases.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills to resolve disputes.
• Experience with case management software and standard MS Office tools.
• Ability to communicate with insurers, clients, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Engage in ADR or litigation as needed and manage all aspects of lawsuits.
• Review assignments timely and evaluate options to resolve cases.
• Document all activities in the prescribed computer systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
